Residenza Pellacani - Bologna

We had very comfortable trip. We really enjoyed the host. Location was favourable and amazing, on Sundays works an open market there and near a train station.

It was located in a nice area to the medieval towers. The apartment was 5 minutes walk away from Birroteca Lupulus. Our trip was really great, would recomand this place.

This apartment is an absolute game-changer! It's like a home away from home, but with a jaw-dropping central location. You can walk everywhere! The renovated, high-quality apartment is a total stunner with attention to every detail. The bed and sofa bed are mind-blowingly comfortable, and the spotlessly clean bathrooms are hotel-worthy, complete with luxurious toiletries. The windows are soundproof, but when opened, they offer a stunning view of the trees and tower. The welcome treats and fully-equipped kitchen are super nice touches. The friendly owner is always available, and the agent is incredibly helpful. If you want a luxury experience with no pet or smoking distractions, ditch the hotels and book this amazing apartment. And did I mention the super silent HVAC system and private parking nearby? I can't wait to go back for another mind-blowing weekend!

I had an really good stay at a charming apartment in Bologna. The host, Giuseppe, were really nice too make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. The apartment was beautifully renovated and looked super fresh. The location was perfect, with everything I wanted to see within walking distance. Giuseppe provided helpful guides and recommendations for exploring the city. The bed was comfortable and the presence of two bathrooms was a bonus. I also appreciated the complimentary slippers, beer, and water. Giuseppe even helped with arranging a private garage and permit to enter restricted traffic zones. I highly recommend this apartment for a fantastic stay in Bologna.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
